If you look the geography of kinmen and hong kong and Macau one must also be careful don't only think military means ... Even though military importance is paramount

Does prc has such sudden protests. Look at geography near prc. Is corruption only fighting (some say purging) by president xi.

But it works both ways. Prc will mention how it made many people remove from poverty and also its infrastructure and testament that its way is the right way only. In a way I agree with what they say according to past recent perfomance after 1975 because what communist party of PRC achieve is not small matter.
But after that we have Chinese people like Singapore pm and overseas chinese who thinks somewhat different.
Taiwan is not useless and small area to Chinese people and its importance. It is much larger that it threatens communist party of china. Prc has done well but ROC also has done well (is it better??).
Someone remind me of how the communists of China in world war 2 did not fight and saved their weapons and when war was over they had superiority over kmt and along with the rural numbers took control over mainland and made kmt to retreat to Taiwan.
Is taiwan doing the same in this period of undefined peace with communist prc what they did to kmt before. Preparing ...
