No Pak letter needed for PoK man’s medical visa as PoK part of India: Sushma

New Delhi:
Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj put out a strong message today in a tweet confirming a medical visa for a young man from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir who is seeking treatment in Delhi for a liver tumour.

"PoK is an integral part of India. Pakistan has illegally occupied it. We are giving him visa. No letter required," tweeted Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj.

Osama Ali had said that Pakistan's Foreign Ministry adviser Sartaj Aziz had refused to write to the Indian High Commission for his visa.Osama Ali will certainly get a visa and he does not need any letter from Pakistan, Ms Swaraj emphasized in response.Ali lives in Rawlakot. A private hospital in Saket in Delhi has reportedly agreed to treat him and has suggested a liver transplant.

Earlier this month, Ms Swaraj had said in a series of tweets that Pakistani citizens requesting a medical visa to travel to India must have a letter from their foreign ministry. The minister tore into Mr Aziz saying he had "not shown the courtesy to acknowledge" her letter on a visa for the mother of Kulbhushan Jadhav, the Indian sentenced to death in Pakistan.Any Pakistani asking for a medical visa, however, would be granted one immediately if Mr Aziz recommended it, she said, tweeting: "I have my sympathies for all Pakistan nationals seeking medical visa for their treatment in India. All that we require is his recommendation for the grant of medical visa to Pakistan nationals."

With this morning's tweet, the External Affairs Minister has pressed home a point that she made earlier this year in parliament.Rejecting Pakistan's move to declare Gilgit-Baltistan in PoK as a new province, she had said "the government is committed to a resolution by both houses of parliament that says the whole of Kashmir belongs to India.

but why did sartaj aziz did not grant him the latter on the first place ???
There are many angles to this.

First of all, the letter itself. The letter basically asks Senile Aziz to certify that the visa is requested for availaing medical treatment that is not possible in the "Land of the pure". This means that the Napakis are forced to formally and officially acknowledge that the ummat-e-muslima's waahid aitami quwwat cannot even provide decent healthcare to its citizens who must travel to the sworn enemy to be treated by kaafir yeevul yeendus. A big dent on the ecchh&dee

Moreover, if Senile Aziz does sign and provide letters, he's accepting Indian condition and in a way admitting that every Napaki allowed into India for medical treatment had their credentials and background endorsed by the Government of Pakistan.

Now Napakis being Napakis, are wont to do mischief during their visit, like those found overstaying or those who created a ruckus when asked to pay their bills. In a way their acts of omission and commission can be laid at the doorstep of the Napaki gormint. The hospitals will have legal rights to sue the arse of Napaki gormint in the case of irregularities.

And if any of them turns out to be a Sajid Mir in the future, GoI will have an iron clad case against Napakis in any and all international fora. This is not to say that it will solve everything, but it does make life a little bit less easy for Napakis.

We have reserved seats in J&K assembly for POK leaders. Now those empty seats are going to be filled by MLAs from POK. Nice diplomatic move. The J&K assembly already has a provision for this, which means that all POK MLAs (which, I'm sure, will be hand picked by Raaa) will increase the overall strength of the center in the assembly, in addition to the BJP MLAs we already have. This can be used to pass any law you want, including abrogation of 370.

This is Sushma Swaraj's master stroke. This tweet from her is gonna make the Pakis see red and get really pissed off! And probably their masters China too who think that POK/GB is their property handed over to them by their slaves on a platter!
