    According to the recently passed Spanish law the article talks about, such investigations are now off-limits.

    Also, given Spain's precarious financial position, even if such investigations were allowed, they would not happen. Regarding these 'human rights advocates' and other nuisances - to paraphrase Stalin: "The Dalai Lama? How many billions has he got?"

    Tibetan resistance is alive and is going on for decades now, Chinese cannot suppress their crimes in Tibet.
