Silsila remake to star Ranbir-Deepika-Katrina?
Yash Chopra’s classic film Silsila till date is considered among one of his best works. The film was also in news because Yash Chopra had managed a sort of a casting coup with Amitabh Bachchan, Rekha and Jaya Bachchan in the lead. At that time, the news of Amitabh-Rekha affair was very hot and the three agreeing to do a love triangle reflecting their real life was a big deal.
The latest buzz surrounding the 1981 superhit film Silsila is that the house of YRF is planning a remake of the film but this time with an all new star cast.
The impeccable romance reportedly will be relived on the screen with a new trio. And if reports are to be believed, Amitabh-Jaya-Rekha trio from 1981 Silsila this time will be replaced by young and youthful Ranbir-Deepika and Katrina. The thought is to bring another controversial cast like the one in 1981 film.
The touted star cast Ranbir-Deepika-Katrina surely sounds interesting! But what is to be seen is if Ranbir-Deepika-Katrina trio will really fit in the shoes of Amitabh-Jaya-Rekha or not.
