Now, this question can be further generalized. Should the government pass legislation on what citizens may eat or may not eat? Can it be used to introduce better eating habits? Can it be used to enforce religious dogma? Can certain companies from the food industry influence the government to make laws that would ultimately benefit them? Or should the government claim the right to regulate what people eat, as long as it is offering free or partially free health care?

    Where do you stand?

Where the food is paid through Govt funds, like the school and the Military, the Govt is entitled to decide what it serves,
