the only concern is the isolation we face from world cricket if we pull out...

but hay ....we been only playing with england and austraila regulerlly....

and the IPL may suffer if they won't give noc to their players to play....
come on , ...their are only australian player in ipl...except few names like kris gaile , d viliers and mackullam......englend players not coming since 10 years....pakistanies we don't want.....

so , what you say....?

They are ready to give 390$ million, but BCCI wanted 590$ million. BCCI is right in demanding this amount since 75% of revenues comes from India out of which they are only demanding 33% of the revenues.

As far as I know, ICC cannot dictate bilateral or trilateral tournaments so isolation is going to take place.

India generates 70-80% of the revenue for ICC. It is about damn time, India gets the respect it deserves.

So yes, pull out of CL17. ICC will be put to its place. They offered $100 million within hours to stop that from happening.

India within rights to boycott ICC Champions Trophy, says Sunil Gavaskar.

He questioned the sanctity of the latest revamp. “The thing is, if the 2014 model has been overlooked, maybe you can overlook the 2017 model also in a couple of months. That is also entirely possible because in this world of constantly changing loyalties and constant changing friends, anything can happen,” Gavaskar told the TV channel.

@square What makes you say that bilateral or trilateral series are passé? Different sports, different rules. One size fits all doesn't work here.

Why do you care what foreign media writes about Indian cricket? Once again, 80% of spectators & revenue comes from India. Who gives a flying fuck what these cunts think.

The United States does not share domestic league receipts (NBA, NFL etc) with international sports associations. Chances are the Europeans do not share soccer league money to a significant extent with outsiders.

IMO one way to deal with the ICC is to take Indian cricket leagues out of the ICC (like IPL etc) Leave only inter-country (international) matches with the ICC and share those monies based on some formula that gives some weight to where the money is generated.

Indian cricket leagues are going to be very big business - there should not be much reason to hand that money over to foreigners. Use part of the money to support junior / kids leagues across India.

Perhaps you have not read the news about SC taking over BCCI.
They have appointed their "liberal" pets who have neither the skills not the brains to run any company as administrators...Look it up.

The saying, "Shikari choothiya hai tho sher ch**th Dikhayegi" holds apt here.
World body knows the administrators are wimps and are playing them. What does the SC pets do...ask BCCI to send the team!
