So much hype for a handful of the 3 idiots and self declared "cleric" on youtube. Apparently this guy doesn't even understand Arabic language even. I still don't understand why the UK is not putting him behind prison when he was a leader and founder of a banned group. And when he himself claims that he is inciting people to commit acts of terrorism.
IF he was in any Muslim country he would have been arrested and hanged long time back for his nonsensical comments. I hope that Indian courts convict him and sentence him to prison and put an extradition notice on him. The FIR should be taken to court and then to its logical conclusion.
It should also lodge an FIR against the hosting company of the website which is Cannada for hosting hatesites just as it is holding Google, Yahoo e.t.c. resposible too. It would also apply to youtube and twitter accounts as well. There is no need for GoI to act dubiously like the UK govt. when there is unanimous consenses among Muslims in India that he is wrong and should be punished. Muslims groups across the board from Shia, to Deobandi, Barelvi and even Ahle-Hadees/Salafi school of throughts have all unanimously rejected Anjem Choudary

NEW DELHI: Several Muslim leaders took strong exception the website called shariah4hind.com, terming it as conspiracy to disturb peace in India in the name of Shariat. They said that it is a game plan of some mischievous non Muslim group to malign Indian muslims.
A website *
www.shariah4hind.com*, ostensibly based in England, had given a call for a rally on March 3 in New Delhi to demand implementation of Shariat, the Islamic law in India.
Condemning the website, Maulana Arshad Madni of Jamiat Ulema Hind (Arshad Madni group), said that the episode pointed to a larger conspiracy. He said that Indian Muslims were not even aware of any such website or its programme while an organization having a known history of anti-Muslim hatred had sufficient information to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the High Court.
Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid Syed Ahmad Bukhari said that such interference by foreign elements in the country's affairs was unacceptable.
He said, "Indian Muslims have been raising their voice for their rights but would never tolerate any attack on the Constitution by anybody."
Condemning the hype about the website and its proposed programme, Shahi Imam of Fatehpuri Masjid Maulana Mufti Mohammad Mukarram said that neither it was possible for a foreign organization to gherao the parliament nor the government would give permission for any such programme. He demanded the government to investigate the whole episode.
Navaid Hamid, a member of All India Muslim Majlis Mashawart, has demanded ban on the website and its proposed programme on March 3. In a letter to Union Home Minister P.Chidambaram, Hamid said that the contents of the website were inflammatory and aimed to create chaos and discord between different communities.
He wondered how so-called Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena, whose members were involved in attacks on Muslims at New Delhi Railway Station just two months back, were the first to notice this website.
Maulana Abdul Wahab Khilji, former general secretary of Jamiat-e-Ahle hadis and a member of All India Muslim Personal Board, termed the whole episode mysterious. He said that the government of India must investigate the organization and people behind this mischief so that the episode is not
used to demonise Indian Muslims. He said no Indian Muslim would support any such move by any organization.
Intezar Naeem, Secretary, Jamaate Islami Hind said that such websites did not deserve the kind of publicity they are receiving. He said that the episode looked more like a tamasha.
Maulana Syed Mohsin Taqvi, President, National Council of Shia Ulema, said that this was a conspiracy against Muslims. He said that neither Ulema nor common Muslims would support any attempt against the country and its Constitution.
The website came to prominence when a PIL demanding ban on it came up for hearing on February 22 and the Delhi High Court directed the Commissioner of Delhi Police to submit report.
Interestingly, one Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, Presidednt of so-called "Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena", had filed the PIL. Bagga is the same person who had instigated brutal assault on senior lawyer and Team Anna member Prashant Bhushan in his Supreme Court chamber on October 12 last year.
It is also interesting that the website owners were aware of the PIL before its reporting by press in India. A link titled "A Response To Delhi High Court Hearing" available on the homepage of the site had the following announcement, "On 22nd February 2012, anti-Muslim organization Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena will attend the Delhi High Court appealing for a ban of organisation Shariah4Hind. They will also be demanding that the planned rally for Shariah on 3rd March 2012 outside Sansad Bhavan be outlawed and that visas for Anjem Choudary and Shariah4Hind representatives be rejected."
