in the first half of this year, Shanghai's economy grew only 5.6%.

it grew most slowly of Chinese province-level administrative units.

Inner Mongolia and Tianjin grew 15% and grew fastest of chinese province-level adminstrative units.

    of 31 province-level adminstrative units(exclude Hongkong,Macau and Taiwan),10 grew 10%+.

inland provinces grew much faster than coastal provinces.

Shanghai, Guangdong and Zhejing, the 3 richest province ,grew most slowly ,due to the impact of crisis.

However, Xinjiang province, where a riot happened recently ,grew very slowly too.
