^^ This is quite far fetched. In the sense that most of Russia's clients happen to be in the belt that doesn't exactly like Israel except for India and China. But going by Israeli demands, Russia would have to stop exporting weapons completely to the middle east if it has to maintain military superiority. Neither Israel has the military finance to offer a purchase of those systems to compensate Russia of the financial losses nor can it ask US to fill its place.

Israelis must have something to offer to Russia that can make them forget middle east as a market.... Let's see what it is.

Most of middle east except Iran gets weapons from Uncle sam and they are far more advanced that Russian weapons. Israel is not making noise because USA provide them with countermeasures while Russia doesn't .

Most of the Russian weapons to Middle East have been on hold, there are many more things Russia can sell to Syria,Iran etc... But diplomatic pressure is preventing it.

Russia should bargain hard for holding sale of these weapons . They should get access to critical technologies to re energize their dwindling industrial output .

Only UAV is not enough. They should get some technologies useful for non military purpose as well. They need to improve their industrial and Agricultural outputs. They are loosing billions due to these and should get something worth billions.
