Day.1 ...the PLA team ranked 3rd only in the Group One...the competition tank(#809) crashed something hard and it seems the driven wheel part of right side was broken..

then the same crew finished the game with the back-up tank(#806)...

1. Russuian Team ranked the 1st place with their T72B3M(or B4?) ...a quite new improved varient( 1130Hp engine? ...new gunner sight with added commander panoramic sight).
we don't know what situation is in other two groups, but in Group One, three kinds of tanks are competing...T72B3M ,T72BV and TZT96A...

2. the other two teams of Group one are using the old varient--T72BV(780HP engine and old gunner sight)

Western tanks cant do the jumping & thumping which the Russian tanks are famous for & that matter in such competition unless they are actually fining live rounds at each other

Yes, I get the feeling the results have already been decided. There is no reason Russia has to win, or be at the top. Also, the PLA team is way behind. I am uneasy with the idea that the Chinese crew would be wanting in training, or is it their tank?

Type 96A is not built for Racing.

When T-72AV meets type 96 at battlefield:
South Sudan (T-72AV)

North Sudan (Type 96)

T-72 have to stop to shoot and lost target at first time.
Type 96 did not slow down at all and, got those 3 targets in first round.

BTW, this time Russia did not have motion to motion shooting in the game....

Russian may cut the price of T-72 from "$1" to 10 cents after this game.

t96 has better armor,FCS,and cannon.T72has better engine and mobility.

t96 does has better fire control, electronic than typical t72. also the russia t72 upgrade their engine to 1000+hp, which is not majority of t72 use. I belief t96 is the only tank that hit all targets.
