The Russian Defense Ministry will buy the first 10 fifth-generation fighters between 2013 and 2015 and then another 60 after 2016, a senior military official said on Monday.

The next ten are still qualification aircraft to get them up to 3000 test hours. The serial production run won't begin until 2016, extended from 2015, and the first to roll off the production line would be 2018 based on this time-line. Of course we can expect several more years delay. Every system that was projected in 2010 has had their entry dates moved up 3 years on average, many of the projects have been cancelled.
