I was not aware of it. But even then, we need to address the probs within J&K police, we cant substitute them with CRPF or army(becoz that would have a backlash in longterm). At the sametime, I am not suggesting that we do such things in haste. We can take our own time, but the realisation that we must eventually normalise Kashmir, is a must.

Actually, Kashmir can be completely normalised only when POK and J&K are both controlled by one side. So, we have one part of puzzle, we must strive to have the other part as well.
