The grapevine seems to suggest that ever since their expose of Mukesh Ambani and Reliance, there has been a media blackout of AAP and Kejriwal.

Or it could be the Govt ?

    Please Discuss.

    I dont think so

AAP will do well in Delhi Assembly elections according to recent opinion Polls

The Mainstream media has in fact made Kejriwal whatever he is today

Secondly AAP was protesting in Noida and also in front of Mulayam's residence in Delhi
against the SDM's suspension ; that was telecast live

One AAP worker died recently in a Hit and run case that too was in the news

Mainstream media has had its hands full recently

First it was SDM Durga shakti Nagpal ; then Paki LOC killings ; Hafiz Sayed 's Rants
    And followed by Today's disaster

In between Modi ji steals the Limelight by his ROARING speeches :namaste:

Are your family members in govt service or part of any political parties ?
And what's the criterion of being a megalomaniac ?

    First part No.
Second part megalomaniac defined as " psychopathological disorder characterized by delusional fantasies of power, relevance, or omnipotence, "Megalomania is characterized by an inflated sense of self-esteem and overestimation by persons of their powers and beliefs".
Seems the definition fits to the founder of this party, remember the guy with topi :)

I can twist to fit this definition to anyone, including Mahatma Gandhi.

but not megalomaniac and Kejriwal is.

How are we different | Aam Aadmi Party, India

Honestly, if this party is like Congress headed by Nehru, Gandhi and Patel then more power to them (which ironically they don't want )

AAP is a threat to both the Congress and the BJP in Delhi in the next election.

Both are keen that all forget AAP.

If AAP is joke, I think you will find it hard to define other parties. I am interested to know how do you define others in a single word...Congress, BJP,CPI(M), SP, BSP, DMK. AIDMK, TMC etc...

Its India don't be surprised if you see chacha, mamou and all kins join the party :taunt1:

Yes Kejiriwal with his sermon gives the impression of a megalomaniac.

Given this thread is about AAP I said its a joke, doesn't mean that this word doesn't fit to other parties.

Following split of Team Anna I think this man is trying to fight for his own political survival.

Anna Hazare and his team were the ones who brought 'corruption' of UPA into the conscious of the people. Arvind Kejriwal was the man behind this movement with his organizational skills & setting of agenda. Anna Hazare was mere figure head.

Anna Hazare is nowhere to be seen once he split with Arvind Kejriwal because Anna himself cannot organize a thing.

AAP formation was due to intransigence of all political parties to institute Lokpal. Just see, how political parties have, with alacrity, got ready to make amendments to RTI so that their political parties be out of its purview but still has no will to pass Lokpal bill.

AAP may not win a lot of seats but their mere presence will put pressure on Politicians to behave and conduct their executive duties with transparency not hide behind laws.

If we can check the share holders of national media houes, we may get a clear picture. But I guess Ambani may have a part and GOI have a defenite role.

But AAP has a good amount of support in Delhi. I will not be surprised if they get around 10-15% of vote casted in coming assemby election and get 10-15 seats.

Ambani owns NewsX, and has share in a lot of media houses, that's what the Nira Radia tapes suggested.

Just a few days back 13 lakh bogus voter cards were detected in Delhi. Both BJP and Cong will join hands to keep AAP out. I just hope AAP wins atleast a couple of seats.

You didn't even bother reading the link.

Why are they different from Congress: No two persons from a family can contest elections, they are vehemently against dynastic politics.
Why are they different from BJP: They are not controlled by RSS Brahmins, who have never contested an election.

Giving sermons doesn't make one a megalomaniac.

@Daredevil 's has very eloquently answer you.
