THIRTEEN MORE INDIAN ‘SPIES’ HELD IN PAKISTAN

Islamabad: Pakistan on Sunday claimed to have arrested 13 more accomplices of Kulbhushan Yadav, a former Indian Navy officer who was arrested near the Chaman border with Iran for allegedly spying.
The Pakistan government has claimed that Yadav is a Research and Analysis Wing agent. Officials said the 13 suspects were involved in terrorism, sectarian clashes and target killing, and that the security agencies are keeping the arrests confidential.
The officials alleged that the suspects revealed during the interrogation that 500 Indian trained terrorists, posing as Muslims, had entered Pakistan and were indulging in promoting terrorism, religious conflicts, arousing anti-army sentiments and other anti-national activities.

They are talking about RAW's interference in a foreign country while forgetting that Pakistan's interference in Afghanistan continues to this day, in addition to its covert war inside India. Just a few minutes ago I saw a news that the new Afghanistan parliament which India had built has been attacked by four rockets. No points for guessing who was behind this attack! I swear, the Pakistani mind is the most vile disease to have ever walked the earth.
and they think that it is the same old afghanistan which will bear all attacks silently. India must give training to Afghanistan security forces so that when Pakis attack the Afghans, they can retaliate like a sovereign state.

These guys are needed for western interests at this time. Reason why they are getting support and money off late.

They cannot mess with the reputation of India but they will try every thing for sure.

Don't patronize the Afghans, they are way ahead of us in this game. It is we who is lagging behind. Have you heard of Amarullah Saleh? If you love Doval then you will love this guy too. He is a nightmare for Pakistan. He had worked with CIA uniting all tribes against Soviets during the invasion. After US invaded Afghanistan, he became the head of Afghan intellegence and subsequently India's poster boy for all things anti-Pakistan. He helped unite the tribes into a pro-India, pro-Russia Northern Alliance, subsequently USA got jittery and influenced the puppet government to sideline this guy but he still keeps ticking. One can't just remove an intellegence officer with so many links like he's some Mc Donalds server.

Some Mumbaikar tharashed and disrupted the Live show of Wasim Akram with Ajj Tak.

Most probably the revenge for Yadav's arrest.

Probably.

We shouldn't be hosting these Pakistani cricket commentators, there's no expertise they bring to the table which cannot be substituted by a commentator from any other cricketing country. There is no shortage of commentators. These people take our money and use our platforms to take political potshots at our nation. Shahid Afridi crossed the line the other day, even Shoaib Akhtar lost his temper at our host.

Shiv Sena is right, we need to ostracize their cricketers and actors. It can't be business as usual. I don't know how the government doesn't understand this. These dogs need to be shown their place, we are allowing them to punch above their weight. We are giving them legitimacy by inviting them to our events and then we speak of 'coercive diplomacy' and antagonize the UN for not imposing sanctions on Pakistan when we ourselves haven't done so.

So 2+ weeks later and this poor man is still in Paki custody? This Govt if failing their citizen badly and legitimising the Pakis' claims. Predicatably, now the intial drama has died down both sides have moved on including the media.

It is better for the poor chap if story moves away from media focus. Once india has asked for consular access, IFS protocol has been initiated. Pretty sure something will keep on happening in background.

However situation is bleak, the guy's case purely depends on what Pakis want in bargain. Let's hope they waste the bargaining chip on someone like Hafeez saeed.

Hafeez saeed, because the guy is anyways gonna be dead in couple of years. Because of health issues.

India Pulls Out All Stops, 6 Note Verbales, For 'Spy' Kulbhushan Jadhav
by Sachin Parashar
India has issued not 1, or 2, but as many as 6 note verbales to the Pakistan foreign ministry for consular access to alleged India spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, top government sources have told TOI.
The revelation shatters the perception that the government has given up, or gone slow, on Jadhav who has been booked for terrorism by Pakistan authorities. A note verbale is an unsigned diplomatic communication which is less formal than a letter of protest but is used to forcefully remind the receiving nation of its diplomatic obligations.

Official sources said India will continue to seek consular access to Jadhav. While Pakistan claims that Jadhav is a commander-rank officer with Indian navy, India maintains that he retired from the navy in 2002 and had nothing to do with the Indian government when he was arrested allegedly from Baluchistan.

"India has relentlessly sought access to Jadhav. And we don't believe that he is a spy because had he been one, he wouldn't have been carrying an Indian passport," said a source here. Jadav's Indian passport was in the name of Hussein Mubarak Patel.

The Vienna Convention on Consular relations? says that "consular officers shall have the right to visit a national of the sending state (India) who is in prison, custody or detention, to converse and correspond with him and to arrange for his legal representation".
"Vienna Convention prohibits us from acting on his behalf only if he himself says so but Jadhav has not said that," said another official source.

Islamabad has used the arrest of Jadhav at every international forum to drum up support for its contention that India's external intelligence agency, RAW, was fomenting terrorism in Baluchistan. It has repeatedly briefed envoys of EU and P-5 nations about Jadhav's "subversive activities" in Baluchistan.

Pakistan foreign ministry last week said in a report to the Senate Standing Committee? on Foreign Affairs that its claims about India's involvement in Baluchistan had been vindicated by "serving RAW officer" Jadhav's confessions and also PM Narendra Modi's comments on August 15 in which he reached out to the people of Baluchistan.

With Pakistan using Jadhav to counter India's scathing indictment of Islamabad over the issue of terrorism, the attack on a police training center in Baluchistan's capital Quetta this week is only likely to complicate things further for the alleged spy who, according to Pakistan, was arrested from Baluchistan in March this year.

Islamabad disclosed Jadhav's arrest days before a Pakistan team visited Pathankot to investigate the attack on the airbase which was carried out in January this year. In what came as a surprise to many, India quickly acknowledged that Jadhav had worked with the navy in the past even while insisting that he had nothing to do with the government. India believes that Jadhav might have been a businessman operating out of Chabahar in Iran.

In an interesting twist to the case, a former German ambassador to Pakistan, Gunter Mulack, claimed to have information that Jadhav had been abducted by Taliban from near Baluchistan-Afghanistan border and later "sold" to ISI.
