    people in india demand too much from state!! its a country with 1.2 billion people and university in india are over crowded. go to JNU you will see what you want. go to some ISB and IIMs you will see what you want and in few IITs and not to forget IISC. these are institute of excellence and internationally any other university.

    yep, critical thinking is vital. But, obviously the only standard, the real measure of 'critical thinking' is bashing hinduism, denigrating holy hindu icons, vitriolic assaults on the brahmins, and so on.

    It is the surest and easiest path towards becoming an 'intellectual'. It is no surprise that the notorius 'eminent historians' have come out in full support.

    BTW, it would be great if we can actually see this so called 'paper' to gauge its supposed 'critical thinking'.
