A Raja and Kalmadi are back in Parliament and nominated as members of Standing Committees. This shows Congress party's commitment to fight corruption as mentioned by their leader Mrs Sonia Gandhi today at Rajkot... :D

Legally and by rules I presume the appointments cannot be challenged.

    But the issue is morality.

If Kalmadi can be suspended as the Gen Secy of the Congress, then how can he be nominated to a Parliamentary Committee by the same Congress.

Is the Congress party greater than the Parliament, wherein the Congress Party cannot have a tainted chap but the Parliament can have it and everything that is discarded by others?

Wonderful news. See how clean a party Congress is. It should be given a Nobel in peace for dismantling corruption by institutionalising it.
