Though Sachin Pilot is possibly the most intelligent amongst the Youth Brigade of the Congress and a good potential PM material, he cannot get himself away from pithy populism.

I love this statement - I am against any form of censorship. Of course, we have to be respectful of people's sentiments. - that political lotus eaters are so prone to make with total insincerity. They are only respectful for sentiments that secure them to their chairs and their perks.

Though his statements are of very generalised and expansive nature, can India regulate the internet traffic?

    If so, why so?

    And how?

Would it make India a police state?
