1.One system for all.

2.re-engineered governance with decentralisation to district level.

3.education budget increase from 2 to 5% of GDP

4. Adult education

5. Use of ICT

6.Proper Teacher Training.

BTW pakis dont need adult education they are already adult in childhood. Look at the boy looking with HAWAS to girl in front of her
