UFA (Russia): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday told Chinese President XI Jinping that Beijing's support to Pakistan in United Nations over Lakhvi's release was unacceptable.

The Chinese President on his part suggested to PM Modi that the two countries should have "extended" discussions over the issue of Lakhvi and terrorism.

PM Modi and XI Jinping had a 85-minute long meeting that saw in depth discussion covering all aspects of bilateral relations, the MEA said after the meeting.

See? That's why I predicted India getting admitted to SCO as a full member along with Pakistan would be a disaster, paralyzing the group?

That'll weaken SCO's consensus and effectiveness in combating terrorism, extremism and separatism.

On 7 July Taliban and Kabul held OFFICIAL talks near Islamabad, in presence of American and Chinese mediators too == the endorsement of China and America of Pakistan's anti-terrorism efforts.

I understand the logic behind including Pak in it.. So that before preparing for any anti-terror drill they can see the point of view of the terrorists..

Lol, how is that anti terrorism when you are negotiating with terrorists. Thats the good terrorist bad terrorist game they have been playing. http://www.breakingnews.com/topic/kabul-kabul-af/

I am talking about Lakhvi which China is protecting who is part of a banned terrorist organisation. Turks are taking the east turkmenistan freedom movement quite seriously now and it will catch other islamic nations too. It'd be be funny if someone tries to block actions against such entities which might spring up in future.

Each organisations are different build to target specific countries, but the factory from which they come is the same, endorsing that factory's action against one organisation and ignoring what it does with the others is exactly what weakens the real fight against terrorism, extremism and separatism. Half measure's is not sincerity.

Pakistan thinks, they will with the help of China would weaken India's stand in SCO. And also divert attention of Russia China in favor of Pak, when it comes to terrorism. Specially dawood, lakhvi and hafeez.
Pakistan is trying to legalize terrorism with the help of SCO.

R u aware Taliban has been certified by the White Haus as not a terrorist group but an insurgency / political opposition to negotiate with?America and China even have joined hands to back Pakistan 's constructive role in brokering reconciliation as evident in the recent talk.

In regard to separatism and extremism India is openly sponsoring an theocratic regime “in exile” against China on Indian soil hence it would sow seeds of discord and be counter-productive to SCO's missions if India gets the full SCO membership at Ufa.

Pray, tell me what is the group doing in the first place?

By stalling the trial of lakhvi , how can one strengthen the fight against terror and separatism?

What, you wait for US certification on everything then? You should try telling that to an afghani who have been displaced and lost families due to Taliban. Yup, a reconciliation between a govt and an organisation which blows up govt. buildings and embassies, only a terrorist sympathizer can think like that. US is leaving a mess behind in a hurry, but they don't share borders with dangerous countries do they?

Tibetian extremism, you mean self immolation without harming anyone. Great example. BTW India recognized Tibet as part of China long ago, but guess what Tibetan refugees aren't considered terrorists by white house either. Never heard a tibetian blowing trains or going on a killing spree on the streets of Shanghai. However its well known that Chinese supply weapons to north east rebels.

Take a look at their foreign missions locations. Its not just India, the common thing in these countries are they are democracies with people having rights.
