THEY HAD DONE 4000 HOURS OF FLYING AND GOT IT FOR DIRT CHEAP USD 36 MILLION ONLY.................

They just purchase these old jets to make up with numbers or to use its parts for others. Same way they will be using some of the second and third hand F16 jets.

Entire idea is to make for numbers against IAF. IAF on the other hand is inducting SU30 MKIs in numbers.
