It is high time to respond to Pakis who think that relaxed moderation here means they can spew any bullshit and try to associate DFI as a pro Paki forum when you search Google or other search engines for Paki news.

All they are doing recently on DFI is posting crimes and violence articles in India while at same time sneaking in pro Paki agenda news (most of which are fabricated).

These are not isolated events but are regularly being done with a set pattern and helps search engines to associate positive Pak developments however real/unreal they are with DFI - credibility by association kind of thing via SEO.
Indeed, the paki copy paste propaganda same like chinese...
DFI has to be proactive in countering their news ..so anyone who comes via google will see the paki getting bashed by the truth.

pakis are digging own grave by such news...but well.they are braindead and shameless to understand that everytime they post pro paki news from DAWN and Pak media it gets rebuffed from credible sources from international media.

Laton ke bhoot batoon se nahin mante.

Pakis inspite of being informed about their trolling activities chose to post threads such as this on an Indian defence forum nonetheless :

Pakistani flag raised in kashmir

and replies such as this :

They can raise any falg they want, all I care is that there's support for Pakistan, period.
Pakistan flag was hoisted as per decades old tradition.
Don't care much about the rest.
500.000 - 700.000 IA terrorist occupying and systematically murdering the muslims under AFSPA. Only an idiot would want to publish a pic with his face on.
Countering such idiots though often time consuming should be done thoroughly.

That is why I suggested to target threads where Pakis like @Neo post articles that are self-congratulatory or about positive developments related to Pakistan and derail it constructively.

And given the Paki track record, many such "good news about Pak" threads land up here :

Pakistani Lies & Denial thread

Worth the effort anyway as it not only pisses them off but keeps them guessing whether they should post anything good about Pakistan here. :)

Journalist shot dead in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

A Pakistani journalist was shot dead by unknown attackers in the troubled northwest Tuesday, the police said, a region where reporters are frequently targeted by Islamist militants.

Zaman Mehsud, 40, was killed while riding his motorcycle to the remote Tank district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. “Zaman Mehsud was riding his motorcycle when gunmen awaiting along the road opened fire,” Rasool Shah, a senior police official in Tank, told AFP.

He was critically wounded and died of his injuries in hospital, Shah added. He had been working for three Urdu-language newspapers covering the South Waziristan tribal district and surrounding areas. Zafrul Islam, another senior government official, confirmed the incident and said Mehsud was hit by five bullets including one in the head.

The police would not comment on the motive for the killing, but journalists in the region work under constant threat from Islamist rebels, mainly the Taliban.

The powerful military also stands accused of using its intelligence agencies to regularly harass and sometimes kill journalists. — AFP

Pakistan factory collapses, killing at least 18, scores trapped

LAHORE: At least 18 people were killed and up to 150 trapped on Wednesday when a factory collapsed near the eastern Pakistani city of Lahore, officials said, adding to a number of industrial disasters to hit the South Asian nation.

Rescue workers digging for survivors with construction equipment have recovered 75 injured people so far, said Mohammad Usman, a senior local government official who was on the scene.

Eighteen dead bodies have also been found, he said.

Around 150 people were feared trapped under the rubble after the building collapsed, said rescue worker Kashif Nazir at the scene.

No part of the four-storey building remained standing after the disaster, and hundreds of rescue workers were carefully picking through piles of concrete and
bricks to find survivors.

"People have received phone calls from three or four people from inside the debris, so we cannot remove the rubble recklessly," said Usman.

The military was flying urban search-and-rescue teams to the scene, said a military spokesman in a text message.

"Army engineers have been immediately moved for the rescue operation," the message said.

The factory, located at an industrial site about 20 km (12 miles) south of the city, manufactured shopping bags. It was not clear what caused the collapse, though construction work had been going on there.

"My son is a daily wage labourer here. We can't find him among the dead or the injured, so I am just hoping that he will be recovered from the rubble safely," said Mohammad Ramzan, whose 24-year-old son Amin was missing.

Pakistan's construction sector suffers from poor oversight and developers frequently flout building codes.

In September 2012, 289 people burned to death in a fire at a garment factory in the southern city of Karachi. On the same day, a fire at a shoe factory in Lahore killed 25

Militant group says it's behind deadly bus stop blast in Pakistan

http://edition.cnn.com/2015/12/13/asia/pakistan-blast/

Islamabad, Pakistan (CNN)A blast at a bus stop killed 23 people and injured dozens more in northwestern Pakistan on Sunday, authorities said.

A Sunni militant group has claimed responsibility.

The explosion hit the bus stop at a busy market in Parachinar, the capital of Kurram Agency, said Amjad Ali, a local official. At least 50 others were injured.

He said the number of casualties could go up as security forces, who have cordoned off the area, investigate the blast.

Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz condemned the blast and expressed sorrow over the loss of life and property:

"Our resolve to eradicate the menace of terrorism is getting stronger and stronger with the loss of innocent lives and sacrifices of army and law enforcement officials," he said in a statement. "This fight is an irreversible process until this terrorism is rooted out from the country."

A spokesman for Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, a Pakistan-based Sunni militant group that the U.S. State Department classified as a terrorist group in 2003, claimed responsibility for the blast. The State Department also listed the group's co-founder, Malik Ishaq, as a specially designated global terrorist last year.

The attack was billed as revenge for acts against Syrian Muslims that were conducted on behalf of Iran and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Ali Bin Sufyan said.

Explosion in govt office in Pakistan, atleast 16 killed

http://www.dnaindia.com/world/explosion-blast-pakistan-mardan-nadra-2160467

At least 16 bodies and 34 wounded were brought to Bach Khan Medical Complex, medical superintendent Dr Zulfiqar Durrani said by telephone.

A suicide bomber attacked a government office in Pakistan on Tuesday, killing at least 16 people and wounding more than 30, officials said. The attacker targeted a branch of the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra), which issues government ID cards, in the northwestern town of Mardan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, police officer Naeem Khan told Reuters. "A suicide bomber riding an explosives-laden motorcycle hit the Nadra office in Mardan where a large number of people were standing in queues," he said.

At least 16 bodies and 34 wounded were brought to Bach Khan Medical Complex, medical superintendent Dr Zulfiqar Durrani said by telephone. A Nadra employee, Mohammad Tariq, was inside when he heard the huge blast outside the office premises. "We are still inside the office, and the police and rescue workers are busy in their work," he said.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility but Pakistani Taliban militants, fighting to bring down the state, have been responsible for numerous similar attacks over recent years.

Gwadar landmine blast claims 2 Pak coastguards

At least two Pakistani coastguards were killed and three others injured on Saturday when their vehicle hit a landmine in the strategically important Gwadar area in the restive Balochistan province. The Coastguard personnel’s vehicle hit the landmine in the Kaldan area of Gwadar, where the multi-billion dollars China- Pakistan Economic Corridor would end. 3 other personnel seriously hurt Five personnel were seriously injured in the explosion near the Iran border and two of them later died in the hospital, a security official said. The vehicle in which the coastguards were travelling was badly damaged in the blast. The security forces launched search operation in the areas after the explosion but no arrests had been made. Could be Baloch attack No group has claimed responsibility for the attack but Baloch separatists often target security forces in the area. The separatists want greater control over the resources which are in abundance in the province. The strategically-important Gwadar port is being developed under the ambitious $46 billion China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. The project would link China’s western city of Kashgar to the Pakistani port of Gwadar on the Arabian Sea. The project would pass through PoK and has been strongly opposed by India.

Pakistan: Bomb blast kills 5 soldiers in Baluchistan

A bomb exploded next to an army vehicle in the Baluchistan region of western Pakistan today (18 January), killing five soldiers and injuring two others. The bomb was planted in a coal mining area near the provincial capital Quetta, close to the region where the $ 46bn (£32bn) China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has been planned. The device was detonated remotely and the attackers' presumed target was the Frontier Corps soldiers patrolling the area, Khan Wasey, a spokesman for the paramilitary force said. No militant group has taken responsibility for the bomb blast as yet.
Baluchistan is one of the important regions that are part of the multi-billion-dollar energy and infrastructure projects being built between China and Pakistan. The area also happens to be volatile due to a number of separatist groups who thrive here and have been fighting against the government for a larger share of the area's rich natural resources. The al-Qaeda and the Taliban are also active in the region. The incident occurred four days after a suicide bomber killed close to 15 people including 13 policemen near a polio vaccination centre in Quetta. Earlier, two Pakistani coast guards were killed when a bomb exploded under their vehicle in Gwadar, a district of Baluchistan.

Wow, alot of bashing against Pakistan going on in this thread. Pakistan's terror index ratings are decreasing while Indian terror index ratings are decreasing. Same with failed state index. You all should look at that, so much for a 'supa powa'
