Politics aside , Why not view this development as a positive sign?

India democracy gives the liberty and right to rule themselves.

    So what is wrong here.

A Pakistani national joining the Hindu fanatic party should cause heart burn to Pakistanis but it is Indians who are getting worked up more. Quite Ironic.

How could a non-Indian national be allowed to join an Indian Political Party?

Indian Citizenship is based on jus sanguinis (citizenship by right of blood). Marriage doesn't make a person eligible for Indian citizenship.

She can, but she hasn't. Citizenship is not a right, it is discretionary.

People are so concerned about people from POK getting Indian Citizenship (though POK is also part of India). Where were these guys when Illegal Bangladeshis were given Indian Citizenship by Khangress govt for decades? It is pretty clear that her husband is an Indian so she has got Indian Citizenship. If anyone having problem with it, first Justify Soniya G's citizenship.

Wrong again, Like I said before marriage is not a ground for automatic Indian citizenship. Please do not try to defend the indefensible.

Article 370 is in Indian constitution dude, it gives special powers to J&K but recognizes J & K including POK and Aksai Chin as Indian territories.
