Pakistan’s economic growth being targeted by an international conspiracy: Ahsan Iqbal

LAHORE – Echoing the statement of his predecessor Ch Nisar Ali Khan, Interior Minister Chaudhry Ahsan Iqbal said Saturday that Pakistan is being destabilised internally as part of an international conspiracy to prevent the first and only Muslim nuclear power to become an economic power as well.

In a statement, the PML-N minister also alleged that some institutions wanted to usurp the powers and authority of Parliament. As per reports, he added, there was an office from where the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) was being pressurised to reopen Hudaibiya case.

The minister noted that Parliament is the ‘mother of law’ and not an ‘orphanage’, but it appears that it was being made worthless.

“Some institutions are transgressing on the powers of the Parliament and we will raise this matter, and hold talks with parliamentary leaders to ensure the supremacy of the elected house,” he stressed. He added that if Parliament’s powers were challenged, it would weaken the basis of Constitution and this was not acceptable to them.

“It is hoped that the Supreme Court (SC) will take notice of the reports for the sake of a fair trial which the Constitution guarantees to everyone,” he said.

Ahsan elaborated that the media reports were very crucial and hopefully the Chief Justice of Pakistan would take notice of the reports.

The minister also said that contacting NAB officers through an influential person and issuing instructions was against justice, adding that Nawaz Sharif’s political stature was getting tall with each and every excess being done to him.

“We [Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N)] respect the verdicts of the superior judiciary but have reservations over them,” the minister said, adding that these reservations were not just from the PML-N but from a large number of legal experts and people of the country.

Regarding NA-120 by-election, Ahsan Iqbal said that Lahore would give a verdict which would be according to its tradition. “PML-N had run a comprehensive and effective campaign for the by-election, and Sunday’s by-polls will be a historic one,” he opined.

Paki government has ordered the shut down it's of largest circulated Urdu daily of Rawlakot in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) Daily Mujadala for showing it the mirror on illegal occupation. The newspaper had conducted a poll asking people if they wanted to continue living under the under the forced occupation of Pakistan. Over 73% of the respondents said that they want independence from the illegal occupation of Pakistan. The decision appears to have triggered an uproar among extremist radical forces, Pakistan Army, and local administration as they have now shut it down. Republic TV’s Aditya Raj Kaul spoke to Haris Qadeer, Chief Editor of Daily Mujadala. On being questioned about what people said about ‘Azadi’, the journalist said, “we had two questions: one question was about the position of Kashmir in 1948 if people want it restored. Maximum people agreed. 73% said we are Kashmiris and would want independence from Pakistan.” He added that “they took action against me. Initially, they sent me notices and tried to scare me. I did not honour the notices. The district magistrate and Kashmir council then sent notices to take action against me. Offices have been sealed.” The opinion in the PoK Survey conducted by Urdu daily was collected through 10,000 survey forms over 5-years, through field work. The respondents were merely asked to rate PoK administration and determine if they want independence from Pakistan. Furthermore, the same survey was distributed evenly across PoK.
These Jihadi bastards are cancer of civilised modern world. They do not deserve to be holding any power whatsoever.

Pakistan lobbying in UN to get India declared state sponsor of terror

KARACHI: Pakistan is lobbying in the United Nations to get India declared ‘State Sponsor of Terrorism’, Daily Express has learnt from highly credible sources. As a result of such a designation, a wide range of sanctions are imposed on the state.

Islamabad has also decided to raise at the global forum the issue of unabated ceasefire violations by Indian border guards, according to sources.

A resolution will be moved in the UN Security Council after approval from Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, they say, adding that all veto-wielding members of the Security Council, especially China and Russia, will be approached to garner their support. Beijing is said to be already on board.

Pakistan will also take the United States into confidence on the issue, according to sources.

An American delegation is due in Islamabad next month for high-level talks, according to an understanding reached in a meeting between Premier Abbasi and US Vice President Mike Pence.

Sources say Pakistani officials will impress upon their American counterparts to build up diplomatic pressure on India to desist from provocation along the Line of Control and the Working Boundary.

At least seven civilians have been killed in unprovoked firing and shelling by Indian forces on Pakistani villages this week.

In his maiden speech at the UN General Assembly, Premier Abbasi has already called on India to end its covert campaign of stoking terrorism in Pakistan through its intelligence agency and proxies. He has also handed the UN secretary general dossiers cataloging evidence of India’s involvement in terror activities in Pakistan.

Pakistan’s assertions are not without a ground. Kalbhushan Jadhav, an agent of Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), the top spy agency of India, was arrested in Balochistan in March 2016 after he crossed over from neighbouring Iran.

In a subsequent video confession, Jadhav admitted that he had been assigned by his agency to foment terrorism in Pakistan, especially in Balochistan and Karachi. He has been sentenced to death by a military court since.

Sources say Jadhav’s confession and continuing Indian border provocations would be made part of the ‘strongly-worded resolution’ with the aim to expose shenanigans of Narandra Modi’s administration against Pakistan.

In a prelude to this move, top foreign policymakers are planning to launch a diplomatic offensive to unmask India’s sponsorship of terrorism in Pakistan by sharing damning evidence with key world powers, according to sources.

In the meantime, Pakistan will continue to give a befitting response to border provocations by Indian troops.

Premier Abbasi told the UN General Assembly in his speech that Pakistan has thus far acted with restraint despite 600 ceasefire violation by Indian troops since January.

“But if India does venture across the LoC, or acts upon its doctrine of ‘limited’ war against Pakistan, it will evoke a strong and matching response,” he warned. “The international community must act decisively to prevent the situation from a dangerous escalation.”

Also she showed picture from Palestine as one from Kashmir :pound::pound::pound::bounce::hail:
