Pakistan to release Indian soldier Chandu Babulal Chavan, who had inadvertently crossed LoC in 2016

Chandu Babulal Chavan
NEW DELHI: Pakistan authorities today said that the Indian soldier Chandu Chavan, who inadvertently had crossed the border last year, will be released today, ANI reported.

Chavan, a 22-year-old soldier from 37 Rashtriya Rifles, had mistakenly crossed the de-factor border in Kashmir hours after India's surgical strikes on terrorist bases across the LoC. Chavan belongs to Borvihir village in Dhule district of Maharashtra.

On January 12, Union minister of state for defence Subhash Bhamrehad said that Pakistan has given assurance that Chavan will be released after inquiry.

And now they admit that he wasn't captured as part of the surgical strike which they and the idiots at the Pakistani forum were insisting on earlier.

According to an ISPR statement, Sepoy Chavan, stationed in Jammu and Kashmir, “deserted his post at the LOC due to his grievances of maltreatment against his commanders”.

Get him back and court martial him as a deserter.

So Pakis made it a grand event to Humiliate India because usually these expatriation took place quietly at remote LOC check post away from the eye of Media.

This was exactly happened with IAF pow Nachiketa. Pakis wanted to make grand event of his release. India rejected thus his release was delayed. OTOH 8 Paki POW were returned quietly by India.

And Porkies were also making fun of him until they were shown the pics of their Malnourished Soldier Arif Ali 25 th Frontier Force Regt who crossed the LOC and then returned back to Pak in 2012

================
Coming back to Chandu Chauhan who could most probably be declared as "Bhagora" if his immediate officers testified. The punishment could be anything from rigorous imprisonment after termination of service.

Or even Death in extreme case (if i remember it correct)

Now peaceniks will come crawling back out.

He wasn't a deserter, he was captured by the Pakistan Army. Poor guy must have went through a shit ton of torture, cause this incident happened right after the surgical strikes.
