But that's the thing, this is primarily an issue of internal communal discord and the absence of appropriate mechanisms to protect citizens.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with pursuing the links to Pakistan with credible evidence. However this cannot be used to divert attention from the primary problem which is internal.

no it is an issue of foreign elements trying to flame communal tensions.although i agree the government failed to prevent it and didnt took any step to stop it, for ex if their would not had any political vote bank politics here the viloence would have clamped first day itself.

Only silver lining is that it brought focus on propaganda that has been there for many years and certain extremist factions of minorities which were inactive for some time.....

About 150 violations of ceasefire by Pak in the last 3 years and about 50 this year alone, resulting in death of 10 soldiers on the Indian side.

Can't say about any causalities on the other side since their army don't like to admit the truth historically. In Kargil they admit only about 450 when the actual causalities was about 4,000.

Sometimes you don't have to fire a single bullet and win something. Heard of information warfare.....economic maneuvreres especially India's role in WB and ADB denying to fund Pakistan's projects.

We are using our economy as a weapon.

They will smuggle guns, missiles or do anything, they might be supplied valuable intelligence by Chinese through their spy satellites if war breaks out....

Expect the worst tactics which can be used. Even if its a proxy war.

Agreed....but buddy there are many highly sensitive areas, and extremist factions can use this environment. Hope you know how rumor tranmission happens and Mob Psychology.

Agreed with honest ppl, but there were honest people during Godhara etc but they were not given permission to take action.
