None of those soldiers in the video was of the SSG. Modified Type 56 were used as a temporary and cost-efficient replacement for the G3 as it was better fitted to perform in urban and unconventional warfare. Almost all Pakistani soldiers are equipped with the Type-56, SSG mainly uses the M4A1.

The performance of the Type-56 was greatly praised by Pakistani soldiers and officers in WoT operations such as Zarb e Azb.

Most Type-56 was 'pimped out' by POF or personally accordingly to each unit or how a soldier sees fit.

Pakistan is currently in talks with various countries and companies such as FN and Beretta to induct a standard rifle through ToT that would be produced in POF factories.

They're wasting their money just like us. They know very well that there won't be a full fledged armoured and mechanized war between India and Pakistan, since even our "right wing" govt hasn't declared war even after 150 of our people got killed by ISI train derailments, or Uri, or a bunch of other provocations. Still desperately waiting for "short and swift war" as promised. But the second talk of nukes happen, everyone on our side quiets down, along with a shit load of international pressure.

They have 350 Al Khalids, and will get 100 of these, which means that they will have a total of 450 modern tanks in the future. Compared to 1600 T 90s on our side, plus some 1000 or so modernized T 72's.

Our t-90s are not that great,I was reading some old threads and found they have some serious flaws.

Better buy 2000 Arjun's and kicks the old t-72 and t-90 out of service.

Sir we desperately need our own India centric indigenous MBT, that means it should be customized to serve specially in Indian warfare setting. Like how T 14 armata is specially suited for battle in Russia.

We just don't have to fight one enemy remember we have China to fight in Ladakh and Sikkim. So at anytime only half of the modernised T 72s will be available for combat against Pakistan.
