Islamabad:Pakistan has finalized to send another indigenous state of the art satellite into space to make stronger its position in space technology and a sum of Rs. 7.5 billion has been owed in the budget 2016-2017 for this program.
Pakistan is expected to be able to send the new satellite in space by late 2017. The head base of this satellite program to be set up in Punjab’s capital city Lahore while the Sub-Offices will be Functioned in Karachi, Sui, and Muzaffarabad. According to officials, the new project will get function in this financial year 2016-17.
The Pakistan’s neighboring countries, China, and India have left Pakistan far behind in quantity of satellites launched by them and they are taking enormous economic & defense payback from them. On the other side, Pakistan had sent only one satellite into space earlier. The induction of the new satellite will guide in the new uprising in the field of communication in Pakistan, besides bolstering country’s probability for satellite monitoring & achieving defense and Military targets. This program will also assist in ensuring a reasonable distribution of water among five provinces under 1991 water distribution accord.

Probably gaseous or plasma state because it's impossible for them to lift satellite in solid state. :pound:
    India's money probably.
As India is stressing building industries and plants there, we could become their next uncle Sam like US and China. :haha:
Or secondhand satellite like they did in last time from Indonesia.

    true
they do not have a single facility to develop any instrument and look at the research profile of their universities. They do not have that calibre to understand the sensitivity of satellite technology.

This means that Pakistan has ceded more land to China (or USA) in Gilgit or Gwadar and obtained a spare satellite in exchange, which they will put green paint on and launch. Anytime Pakistan gets something new, it has sold some of its national resources, usually strategic land.

Diwali rockets are made in factories.
Paki rockets are like home made baking soda rockets in India.

Did you already know that? :jaw:
    Or were just trolling?
Actually, they have plans to handover some Baloch territory to CNSA(Chinese Space Agency) to make launch pads there.
I've been researching and monitoring the issue from 3 months.
I will post it if deal is confirmed and finalized. :D

    Yep.
Technological Demonstration, communication, some militart navigation and
It's very versatile satellite. And given the track record of pak in R&D, it is obvious that it don't gonna be pindugenous.

No, commies are worse than jihadis. They are responsible for more than 20 million deaths around the world.
That's why I hate chinkies more than pakis. :tsk:
No, we must do it around 2020.
And I would prefer even after 2025.
Human Spaceflight is also slated late deliberately even after achieving 85% work.
Because these are means of space power projection.
US will start neutralizing you like China if you do so.
Let India emerge as major force in next 10-15 years.
So that they also feel some fear from us. :D

In past they have launched third hand satellites. This may very well be from sama legacy.

Btw real reason why pakistan is behind in space technology is because China sees no gain in arming Pakistan with space technology unlike military where pakistan pays back with their hostile nature against.

No, China is still a significant space player in Global Arena. Yet, if current speed of Indian Space Program goes on, we will overtake them. :)

Before something like CTBT for space comes up we need to quickly display ASAT capablity.
