yes pakistan will be able to launch Babur cruse missile from Agosta 90B submarines, as it can fire Exocet missile from under water. pakistan is working on it and hope it will be done soon.Pakistan can also launch cruse missile from air too ? Raad ALCM...
very good pal, please come back and update me later when the work is done and your government have test fired the missile from under the sea. one more thing, Exocet is an anti-ship missile. we are talking about launching ballistic or cruise missile from under the sea. For eg; K-15 or sagarika ballistic missile.

Did we test the Saagarika from a sub?because i thought we have no subs that can launch SLBM's(at least until Arihant enters service).

according to wikipedia

The Sagarika missile was successfully test fired six times, and tested to its full range up to three times. The tests of February 26, 2008 was conducted from a submerged pontoon off the coast of Vishakhapatnam.[3][9][10][11]
A land-based version of the K-15 Sagarika was successfully test-fired on November 12, 2008.[12]

you are correct but it was launched underwater though use of special launch systems . It doesn't matter is it was launched by a sub or not but what matters is if it was launched underwater or not.

Currently Pakistan is looking into modification that will enable the missile to be launched from its F-16s, Mirage and A-5 air platforms and naval platform such as Agosta 90B attack submarines and its Tariq Class frigates. In a statement issued by ISPR the spokesman said that Pakistan will be modifying the missile for air and sea launch configurations in coming months. He added Pakistan is also working on a more advanced version of Babur (possibly named as Babur-2) with a range of 1,000km with increased payload. Serial production of Babur has started in October 2005.

every thing will be works at war, who cares ????
does not pakitan modified the harpoons
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harpoon_(missile)
Modifying harpoon missile is much more different that Integrating a weapon on F16 . USA may allow you to modify sertain paramaters of Harpoon as a end user may need to customize it to its need . Integrating a weaopn on F16 means access to source codes of Radars and avionics . If source codes are out in the market many countries like USSR, India or even Iran will be ready to pay any amount of money. Without source codes you cannot integrate a weapon on F16 .

Harpoons were not modified just used in a different role, we have a higher block of harpoons we should also see what ca be done? The guidance for an anti ship missile is different from land missiles the harpoon without new seeker and guidance is useless in this role. Especially since it is a low flying missile

I was looking at the video of the missile test some thing caught my mind.

Pakistan has bought/barter missile from NK, they should have at least put there own missile launcher, from the above pic (taken from NK parade this year) it is evident that they have not even change the missile launcher.

If they want to claim something as their they should have done proper home work.

check the missile video

now see the fame 3.30

here is the screen shot

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

check the red circle which points north direction of the map and blue circle which appears to be mid point of the bigger circle, if this map is true then (OMG)

from the above data and the range of the missile it has to be tested in this direction

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

if anyone live in pakistan in that direction better move to another country.

Here are examples where ballistic missile was first developed than sat launch vehicle

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R-7_%28rocket_family%29

The R-7 family (Russian: ракеты-носители семейства Р-7) is a series of rockets, derived from the Soviet R-7 Semyorka, the world's first ICBM. More R-7 rockets have been launched than any other family of large rockets.
(Soyuz is based on R-7)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlas_%28rocket_family%29
Atlas is a family of U.S. space launch vehicles. The original Atlas missile was designed in the late 1950s, to be used as an ICBM.

The Kosmos (also spelled Cosmos, Russian: Ко́смос) rockets are a series of Soviet and subsequently Russian rockets, derived from the R-12 and R-14 missiles

India is the exception rather than the norm, it was pretty sneaky
