ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has refused to hand over a retired general, who headed the spy agency ISI, to an international tribunal investigating war crimes in Bosnia, according to a media report.

Pakistan has informed the international court that Nasir "lost his memory" following a recent road accident and was unable to face any investigation into the issue.

The ICJ is a farce anyway.

They try those who are anti West.

There is no doubt that the ISI chap is a skunk, but the whole Bosnia stuff was West engineered, as it is!

As if the West did not know what Pakistan was doing!

Total farce.

Even this issue of not handing over is a sham and a put on!

Another feather in the cap of Pakistani state and security forces.

A Tablighi Jamaati has already lost his senses, losing memory does not matter.

Beyond the historical baggage, one feels sorry for Pakistan.

Pakistan has always played the paid supari man for the US and has been paid well. Take the Mujh and then turning as Taliban to bite Pakistan hard and sending it in a tizzy, with Pakistan unable to do anything since they have appointed themselves as the Flagbearer of Islam.

Now who knows how Bosia will act. Good thing is that they are miles away.

It is a caution that one should never become a paid agent of anyone!

And imagine the gall!

Pakistan acts as per the US diktat and they send the ICJ to hound the very man who kowotwed to the West!! Fought for Islam and now not a single Islamic Nation stands up for Pakistan and condemns the ICJ's firman!

When you read the entire article- You know what I feel sad about?

How when Pakistan's history in this last decade and next will be written in history books- it will reflect how they lost their IZZAT-- they where reduced to hoodlum status, rogue weapons dealers status, terror supporters- where once there was some pride in that country. Where they sold their lands off and industries off to china. where the only positive topic out of Pakistan and Pakistanis was when they talked about china's achievements .

I say this w/ true sadness for them. I'm not a fanatical Pakistan hater, really. It's just sad to see how that country fell from grace...

A cuntry which was founded on the principles of hatred, intolerance and stayed on track of those "principles" NEVER had any grace, it didn't recognise it's own dead soldiers while fighting a shameful war in 1947 and repeated the same thing in 1999, more than 50 years later. All of it's existence has been made possible due to it's prostituting itself to highest bidder, British for creation, then Indian, US, Saudi Arab (and some other Islamic nations), UN and China (in general rough order). Hatred, lies, back stabbing and sheer stupidity, these were and still are the distinguishing features of this hell hole. It doesn't even treat it's own citizens well as Bangladeshis, Ahemadis, non-muslims, MOhajirs, Pashtuns and Balochs found at their own expense. and If it's still possible to have izzat or be graceful in spite of having such features...then I stand corrected.

No, not following international law - going the hoodlum way is the issue kiddo. That is the bane of Pakistan's history--- the world came in and helped stop the genocide. If a mafia don kills a murderer because he perpetrated a crime - does not make the Mafia lawful. You are a classic example of why Pakistanis will never get it and will be looked as pariahs in the world. You don't provide arms covertly to groups that exert the same war crimes... But then again you guys fund terror groups continually so we/ world should not be shocked.

You are supposed to be a lawful and civilized country and to be trusted as one you follow international laws and not turn into covert arms dealers...you don't fund one teorrist group to kill another.

While the Dutch contingent was stationed in Srebrenica, right under their noses, Pakistan airlifted weapons for the Bosniaks and Mujahideen imported from the Arab World as well as Pakistan. They launched raids on neighbouring Serb villages on 7th January 1993, Orthodox Christmas Day and carried out murder and torture of many Serb civilians. Serbs retaliated by killing even more Bosniak civilians. So it was a two way traffic.

To be honest, absurdity of this response and it's reasons just dawned on me. Everyone in the world knows that Pakis are making excuses and lying as usual. If it was any other country in their place, they'd have either refused outright or handed over the criminal if the demand was from a powerful party. BUt look at this case, Bosnia a insignificant minnow 1000s of km away asks for a war criminal and Pakistan, self-proclaimed leader of Ummah with all of it's nuclear power is forced to make excuses lifted straight out of some stupid movie. Why are these pious ghazis so afraid of those dirty kafirs ? :D
