Outcry at mainland mother who let son defecate at Taiwan airport

I also remember a personal incident, I once saw an Asian family(2 kids ,mother and father) at a Subway outlet in India, when they were done eating, they jsut wiped their hands and left the trays and all the coverings lying around on the table.

Maybe it is because in non American type of eating outlets, there are people who clear the table.

For instance in a Mall's eating outlet, there are the sanitary staff, who clear the table and then wipe the table clean before the next set come in with their snacks (which they collect at the counters serving the food of their choice).
