wrong. its a south India based newspaper which is still doing what is called real time journalism and informing masses about both the side of our beloved nation. it reports India's progress in many sector which are rather ignored by other mainstream newspaper, it offers critical analysis of the Indian initiatives, policies and success-failure with in India, outside India and forthcoming events are almost precisely predicted by the editorial columns of The Hindu

if you see The Hindu closely it has a column which publishes exactly 50 year old news and even at that time it was covering Indo-china conflict with full sincerity. its called cpc mouthpiece because it present gruesome facts on certain issue like India china imbalance. It reported unbiased article on progress made by both India nad china in africa and how India is doing better but less.
Its a newspaper read by allmost the entire bureaucracy so you cant call it cpc mouth piece

Actually selective and convenient facts. To be fair they are not the only ones and I do like Chindu's Science and Environment writeups.

I read Chindu (and Frontline) regularly, thank you very much and the overall slant is extremely apparent to someone following the for years. It is much like Hindustan Times carrying a few articles critical of the Congress, but that does not make imply that objectivity is their forte.
