Well you can buy snow from HP & JK they have shit loads of snow.Really hate Winters because of the low humidity in the foothills :(
please send us some of your low humidity - our continuous rains is what makes winter difficult - would much prefer it drier ! few years back we had dry winters - easy life !

Guangdong more like SE Asia than S Europe. It is business center due to Guangzhou and Shenzen in addition to proximity of Hong Kong. We also have the best food in all of China!
things shanghai seem higher quality than guangzhou ....also CCP govt prefers shanghai ? cantonese no longer allowed on air in china ?

Not in the case in Hong Kong but many temporary workers and tourists (Mainlanders) speaking Putonghua.

I would prefer above 50% humidity because winters here suck up every bit of moisture from your body :weep:

This doesn't work

Only this thing works as a moisturiser

Here in the South, rarely is there a snow. But once snow covers high mountains on the outskirts it becomes a headline, and a festival

the southern coastal areas of china can be similar to south europe but that is a relatively small slice of territory - eg up to shanghai ? and even then only the few miles which are coastal - once you go inland, it is no longer a coastal weather

i believe the guangzhou region in the extreme south of china fully qualifies as being south European and similar to the northern one-third of india in climate

i fell that there's nothing coincidental about the fact that china 's hottest region ( can be blazing hot in summer ) - the guangzhou region is THE business centre of china and v RICH ?
Of 34 Chinese province-level units, 13 ones and the half of 4 ones (Jiangsu,An'hui ,Shan'xi and Henan ) are in sub-tropical zone, where over 50+% of CHinese population live .

the above area are as warm as South Europe at lest.

North India is under heavy snow.

An annual happening.

Nothing to write home about, but very heavy snows are natural. Nothing to inform the world about it being so mundane!

Roads are blocked and emergency road clearance is the answer to keep the lifelines open!

You obviously don't know much about China as we don't have "PM" and our president is not some symbolic figurehead modeled after Queen of England :thumb:

Also Cantonese is a subgroup among Han chinese and ALL Han are loyal to their homeland, trying to bait me into making anti-Chinese statement is not going to work :taunt:
We are aware that all call themselves as Han.

But the region analysis is what he is seeking.

How many are Cantonese?

Ok guys, please quote properly. Otherwise, it is difficult to say who wrote what.

@roma, thanks, but it is ambiguous.
@Satanist, thanks for editing your post.

China and the US are the only two major nations that provided shelters for Jewish people when they were persecuted around the world.
Jews of India

The history of the Jews in India reaches back to ancient times.

Unlike many parts of the world, Jews have historically lived in India without any instances of antisemitism from the local majority populace, the Hindus.

The oldest of the Indian Jewish communities is in Cochin. The traditional account is that traders from Judea arrived in the city of Cochin, Kerala, in 562 BCE, and that more Jews came as exiles from Israel in the year 70 CE. after the destruction of the Second Temple.[2] The distinct Jewish community was called Anjuvannam

Jews in China

Jews and Judaism in China have had a long history. Jewish settlers are documented in China as early as the 7th or 8th century CE. Relatively isolated communities developed through the Tang and Song Dynasties (7-12th cent. CE) all the way through the Qing Dynasty (19th cent.), most notably in the Kaifeng Jews (the term "Chinese Jews" is often used in a restricted sense to refer to these communities). By the time of the establishment of the People's Republic of China in 1949, few if any native Chinese Jews were known to have maintained the practice of their religion and culture.
