State-run Chinese media today accused the West of waging "endless ideological wars" against China, which is furious after jailed dissident Liu Xiaobo was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Liu Xiaobo, rebel with a cause

An antidote for Chinese cartographic and attempted physical invasion of Asian countries and their oceanic territories?

The Chinese are a calm even if some feel that they calculating people and so I daresay they can ever be furious.

They claim to be very accommodating people, who care for the world and the downtrodden including ex colonies of the imperialists, "capitalist roaders" and their "running dogs"!

They are hardly the people who will suppress the innocents.

Is Liu Xiaobo innocent? He tried to unshackle the Communist ideological and thought control hold over the people.

Now, that is not cricket, or is it?

I think that the CCP is of the opinion that he is more dangerous to China than HH The Dalai Lama, who is only a 'spilttist' as per the Chinese. Liu Xiaobo goes one step more. He wants to dismantle the fire breathing dragon i.e. the CCP. He is instigating the people to take away their (CCP's) imperialist like power from them and give it to the people. Therefore, it is obvious that Liu Xiaobo is no cuddly teddy bear for the CCP!

Thus the CCP will be angry as hell and will rain down fire and brimstone!
