do you believe god gave you this land ?

many city states existed in the so called promise land before judaism existed...what makes you think they didn't convert to islam ? its easy to dismiss all as arabs.

infact genetically the jews are closest to arabs :pound: (those that haven't mixed with europeans for centuries tsk tsk)
The land known as the 'promised land' includes most modern day Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran and many more. Nobody really listens to that, not even the radical religious people. The small land that makes today's Israel is more or less the land the ancient Jewish kingdom was ones on and it includes places that are important to us both religiously and nationally. Our whole religion is based on Jerusalem, on the other hand what it means to Islam is that there is an interpretation that says that Muhammad slept in Jerusalem one night before he left the earth. And like I said, by the Koran this land was given by Allah to the Jewish people.

As for the citys that were there before the Jewish kingdom, they mean nothing. You seem to take a ground rule of who was there first should stay there. If that was true you should be out of you're home too and so should almost everyone in the world. Did they mingle with Arabs? probably yes but less likely. Its a time the Arabs were living more in Arabia and that makes them far from the Canaanites . They probably mingled in the Hitim, the ancient Egyptians and all the other people who were close, not to mention the Jewish people. By the time Islam came there was obviously no such thing as the Canaanite people.

Genetically Jews are closest to the Kurds and still different, don't know where you got the genetic thing from. And if you doubt that us Jews that lived in Europe, Africa and Asia are from the same origin then genetic findings disagree with you.

Interesting point worth mentioning; you cannot find the name 'Palestine' in the quran. Being Palestinian originally referred to the inhabits of the Roman province of Syria-Palestina, a ever since the advent of islam; they largely ceased to exist. The Palestinians of today are mostly of Arab origin.

Very rarely does anybody field-test thermonuclear devices. Besides, Israel lacks the land to test it on (Israel is 2/3 the size of Kerala). They simulate it on supercomputers. That also allows Israel to maintain its nuclear ambiguity.

For what I understand there are a lot of ways to test nuclear weapons. The only reason to actually do it on a field is to say '**** you' to the UN and perhaps get some points in the local politics.

So you lay claim to it because it was once yours ? Jews invaded and made it there own thus they're not the first inhabitants of this piece of land. Many people believe that jews own this land because they were the first people to live on it which is clearly wrong.

Islam also reveres Moses and Jesus. Also all this "God gave this land to us" is bollocks since everything related to religion is also bollocks and because all of it is made up by humans in the first place.

Yes they do.

You regard every muslim in the middle east as "arab" when clearly not all are arabs and a good portion of them converted to islam.

Genetics ? Jews were originally slaves in egypt and egypt being quite close to where the arabs lived, id say they are quite similar. Yes jews did migrate all over the world but can you say that they didn't interbreed with the inhabitants (europe) ?

We want it because its our national land and we have no other. When we were in exile we prayed every year the painful prayer of 'next year in Jerusalem'. If the British would have kicked you out of India and resettled it with Arabs and Chinese, would you not want to get you're land back?
If you think that because there were a group of city states with no national or ethnicy to unit them, who lived there then no one else can claim the land as theirs? There was a non Indian tribe ones where you are typing, does that mean you can't claim that you are connected to that land as an Indian? Again you are hinting that my national home is in exile.
You seem to be judging my people for something they did 3000 years ago. Most of the world back then worked human sacrifices and genocide was done on a daily basis. Hell compared to almost everywhere else the Jewish kingdom was a safe haven in the moral sense.

'jews own this land because they were the first people to live on it' can be said 'Jews own this land because they were the first ethnicy/nationality to live on it' to make it true.
Yes they do.

No, I do not regard every Muslim in the middle east as "Arab", that would be something pretty stupid to do. Where exactly did I say that? In fact I recall bringing up the Kurds and Kurds live in the middle east you know.

Jews for all we know started as a small tribe around modern day Israel which at some point moved to modern day Egypt until revolting one day. Ancient Egyptians are not Arabs, its a common mistake to think that.
You can notice darker skin on the Jews that went to Africa, light skin on those who went to Europe and somewhere in the middle for those who stayed around in the middle east. However, with a 1min search on Google you can find that the Jewish genetics are still there wither its Jews that were in Exile in Europe or anywhere else. That's what happens when a people are so persecuted all around, maintaining intermarriages isn't much a problem.
