Need guidance

    I'm planning to visit gym,once again and this time though with whey proteins.

    So need guidance from members as to which one is best/not harmful to health/most natural with no artificial stuff..

    Such stuff is overrated. If you are seeking to put on weight, make sure you eat a diet with plenty of protein and regular meal times. Going for protein shakes etc only really help those addicted to gyming :D

    Have Protein which are natural, Don`t go for steroid juice available in markets..

    Make a time table in which you can have 4-5 times meal contain paneer or Meat/egg..

    Do some running or cycling before gym, Start with minimum weights and more repetitions that what effect body structurally..

    Increase weights after week but not days..

    Are you veggi or non-veggi? There are both types of supplements based on Whey,Eggs and mix proteins like whey/eggs/fish etc as well.

    Fish Protien is very good, Tuna is best but i doubt its available, So go for other fishes with less bone..

    all those i need protein to burn fat/build muscles stuff.. is nothing but advertising and marketing stunts by big companies..

    just eat your regular balanced healthy meal every day, be it veg or non-veg. you will be just fine.
