    Ships are generally boring hell holes with crampt claustrophobic conditions, if you take away liquor then what do they have? Its good they are not cracking down on it but merely trying to help sailors who may be haveing an issue with it.

    When I read the headline I thought the USN wanted to keep any drunks away from the helm.
