What is Your annual % of the loan from the Bank? Because in Ukraine to buy the apartment of this size should have a huge income?

well, when the houses were bought ,either my wife or I was single....so, the restriction of mortage loan for the 2en flat didn't affect us.

the house where I live is very quite close to good schools and very convenient to the education of my son.however, it is too small....


the new house is large enough,but it is far away from good schools, and quite unconvenient to the education of my son.

My parents and mother_in-laws are taking care of my son for time being.....
