because my baby was born,the house where I live seems to be a too small ...

I have to find a larger house for the family with a newlyborn baby


Fotunately, one larger house in the suburb area,which I bought 2 years ago,now is to be finished.....

Maybe , It is time for me to consider relocating my home?

Why it appears empty by all stretches of the photo, I mean no much population around. When they are going to handover, looks almost done though. Have the builder sold all the blocks. How far it is going to be from your work place ?? So many questions :p.

the apartment I bought has 3 rooms,two bathrooms, one sitting-room, one kitchen,one ward robe,and two terraces and one dinning room.
it is about 133 Square meters large

most of the houses have been ordered ,with 30% of total price at least paid in advance 2 or 3 years ago.

Most of the buyers have 2 or more houses,as I have. so they were not so eager to move in,because the whole avenue is newly-built and schools/hospitals/kindergartens/stores are still not ready yet.

for example, I won't move in untll the kindergarten nearby is ready,because my baby need convenient education.


the house estate is about 7KM away from my work place. however the traffic is often choked by several tunnels .

but now,several flyovers and new expressway are being under construction. when those are finished, traffic would not be the problem.

7 Km is not bad even with traffic.

My house will be with land to do gardening and one or two story maximum. I am Looking for of modern interiors and Georgian outer or may get a newly built modern with floor area of ~200^2 metre, 3 bedrooms with 500 to 600^2 meter land. It will costs me 600,000 to 700,000 10-15 away from city centre in tire 1 city and 400,000 to 450,000 in a Tier 2- 3 city, not to mention on loan.

This is the company I am trying to negotiate a new house. Lockwood Homes New Zealand - Realestate.co.nz

BG, how much is the cost and what are the specifications. Is 133sq meters super built up area?

Now, the house values about 900,000RMB(about 140K USD).

the house market in CHina experienced radical change,just as roller coasters go.

the price of house here rocketd during 2009-2010,then Chinese government carried out many measures to prevent such rapid rise of house price.

now, the price of house is in stalement........just stands still there in 2012..

I would say its a good deal given the outlook of building and sizes of rooms/living in your picture.

The way of construction and material used (Cement plaster of the walls) is same like they do in India, and its quite good as compare to wooden houses.

Having home built with same material of one or two stories is double the amount here, apartments should be less costlier. But still a two bedroom apartment in tier 1 city and 5-10 km away minus land will cost more than 3 bedroom house with land 10 to 20 Km away, I mean built with bricks and plaster.

What is Your annual % of the loan from the Bank? Because in Ukraine to buy the apartment of this size should have a huge income?
We are not so much afraid of the prices for the real estate, how much interest on the loan.

But apartments buy however - to live that is somewhere necessary. Cars also. A credit for Loan for 5 years as a paid for two cars, a ride on one!
