Mulayam Singh. The name is enough. He's god sent sole authority to speak on behalf of all the muslims.

Mulayam Singh... ahhh the once-dacoit has spoken. Although what he speaks it true, but it is simply opportunistic. Congress is nothing but an opportunist swine with zero conscience. First they played with Tibetan Buddhist emotions under Nehru, then with Sikhs and Kashmiri pandits in the 80s and finally now they are manipulating the Muslim community.

The faster all Indians realize this communal evil called Kaangress, the better it would stand united against this colonial evil who rules our country like the residue of the foreigners that once ruled us.

Truth if he's speaking is not for him to judge but for the community to decide for themselves.

Speaking the truth or using the truth for arm-twisting the Congress for daring to push Samajwadi Party into the cash for vote scam.

True true. But that still doesn't reduce the truth in his sentence.CONgress is the biggest communal party in India. A wolf in the garb of a cow.

Senior journalist M.J Akbar was not being overly sarcastic when he noted that the only difference between Congress and the BJP was that the latter was openly Hindutva and the former represented a closeted Hindutva.Clarity in articulation of political thought was never the forte of Mulayam Singh, but i think he would have been slightly more accurate if he had stated that for Muslims,BJP represented a lesser variant of political-ideological hypocrisy, than the congress.

realising UP is increasingly becoming a two party contest (bsp and congress) in the forth coming elections, mulayam now feels the urgent need to court the bjp which for him until the recent past was the most communal, but then times change and so do the priorities.

didnt he not so long back apologize to the muslims for having aligned with kalyan singh, and then he promised, never will he look at them or anyone of them again, let alone an alliance. but then politics in india has not known any character, least one expects that from UP politicians.

i wont be surprised if tomorrow bjp doesnt respond to his messages of some sort of reconciliation will he again term bjp as the untouchables in UP politics and no one more communal than them.

yeh kursi ka khel bare bare kamal dikati hai!

Perhaps to seek a promotion from being a Mulla, to a Sheikh or may be Moulana Mulayam.

On a separate note, looks like he is missing his old friend Amar Singh. Promptly defended him recently in the cash for votes scam. Or may be it has something to do with his own involvement in it.

Yusuf the second part is closer to the truth. A common threat has lead to this statement. Once it blows away then it will be back to Amar bashing days.

The Muslim community is not stupid, they can decide for themselves. Mulayam Singh should not talk on matters that are way beyond his intellect(same advice for RG).
