    It is like that AISA supporting Malkagiri collector again. I will not be surprised if it turns out that the MLA willingly went with the Maoists as a part of some quid pro quo

    It is all the outcome of a tiff between The CM and the Home Minister not wanting to help because of opposition to the Home Minister wanting to usurp the powers through his Bill on the Home Minister's Private Army trodding on the toes of the State.
