Given Chinese moaning on border standoff I am eagerly waiting for continuous test of agni 2 3 4 5 and 6:biggrin2::biggrin2::biggrin2:

Or at least two of them back to back.
It will be fun to see chinkies moaning even louder.

Could be NGARM missile. 100 km range will likely point to that unless its Pinaka-II.

Its Astra test most probably. DRDO is working towards its induction in IAF by year end. So a hit to kill test is must before induction.

Mystery explosions reported off Digha coast in WB

NEW DELHI: Two mysterious explosions were reported off the Digha coast in West Bengal's East Midnapore district this morning. Some hotels located close to the coast are reported to have developed cracks on walls, and glass panes shattered from the impact.

The explosion sites are said to be well out in the sea, and not within visible range from the coast.

Police sources said they have found no material evidence on land, reinforcing assumptions that the explosion site was quite some distance off the coast.

Further details are awaited.

I think it's sonic boom first might have created by the SU30MKI and th second sound might be explosion of the glide bomb . The time difference between both sounds were 10 minutes .can a 1 Ton glide bomb travel 100 km in 10 minutes ??? Isn't it too slow gliding ??

Sonic boom? Do S. Jha wants to point towards any sort of HSTDV test? But why two blast?

Any report on the time difference in between these two blasts?

I did experienced sonic boom of MKI. The point with any such boom is, if it happens too far from you, it would not effect the structures the way it has been with this case. Their are reports that it made wall crack up. Now for something like this to happen, the fighter should have been in a close vicinity. But in doing so, its engine sound would be definitely heard by someone who is on the external vicinity of the boom effect. But till now, no such news is coming in.

DRDO is yet to make a statement that what exactly they tested. The shockwave it generated feels like a 1000kg bomb

Yes . Window panes will shatter only if aircraft is flown very close surface.
So su-30mki case can't be said. May be underwater bomb test. First explosion was underwater and second boom was the effect of the ripples created after it emerged from water.
I may be wrong. But role of aircraft , no way. Someone must have spotted the aircraft.

Whats this missile found by fishermen? Could be a target or an actual tested missile itself, Would be interesting to find out if it was a successful test or a failed one
