I can tell you it will be no time soon. The Zhuk AE at MMRCA trials was a dismal failure and the main reason MiG-35 wasn't selected, not to mention faked TBOs of engines. Phazotron is bankrupt and the state refuses to bail it out. Not only has it failed to repay Alpha-Bank's judgement, Tupolev has another claim for 193 million. Not even Russia is ordering MiG-35 to bail it out, much less denying claims.
