I am not aware of Chattisgarh politics enlighten please.
Ok my friend.
Chhattisgarh has a peculiar social system due to history where upper castes and tribals are more numerous and influential than OBC s and Scs in any other state.
The area was stronghold of many christian missionaries( see Niyogi commission) and anti national forces patronized by Nehru in his ignorance and communist zeal. this allowed a successive vilification of each other in Chhattisgarh whereby upper castes started hating tribals and tribals started hating upper castes due to propoganda done by missionaries.
However most of tribals are very religious which is animism plus brahmanic hinduism which long frustrated the christians so they resorted to using naxalites to erase hinduism from the area. due to atrocious congress regime and vilification the seeds of hate were sown and all this led to a naxal movement whereby the state saw daily violence.
the tribals wewre not unanimous in their response to naxals as whereas some supported them but majority hated them due to their ban on local traditions and their outrageous sexual practices from which tribals wanted to protect their women.
The anti naxalite faction in congress was led by great patriotic leader Mahendra Karma( he was congressi but patriot) who inspired salwa judum movement where tribals resisted the brutal naxals.
the christian missionaries were alarmed by this and they contacted Sonia whose henchman in chhattisgarh Ajit Jogi is a crypto christian and sworn enemy of Mahendra Karma.
perhaps Raman Singh might not be able to comeback the rumours like this led Sonia to finish off Karma as he is only popular congress leader in state among tribals and her hired murderers did the job .
Now this is calling killing two birds with one stone as not only they have been able to malign Raman Singh but also they killed sole patriot in Chhattisgarh state congress unit.
Since the attack is orchestrated by Sonia, naxals will not face anything( remember how Digvijay handcuffed security forces in that region)
