Ajit Doval once remarked that if Paki intelligence agencies can play games, we can play them even better.

In all probability, the defector could be a lowly ISI foot soldier like Kasab who is disgruntled with the fat gernails in Pakland for whatever reasons.

Remember even Kasab offered to go back and hit Pakis if he was paid twice than what ISI paid him for 26/11 attacks.

This also begs the question - what kind of agency is ISI ? Is it an intelligence agency or a mafia which kills gang members and their families if they decide to leave it? :lol:

Self-proclaimed ISI agent turns out to be mentally unstable
By Press Trust of India | New Delhi | 01 May 2017 19:07 pm

  • A Pakistani man, who surprised Indian security agencies by claiming to be an ISI agent who wanted to stay in India, has been sent to Nepal after investigators found him to be mentally unstable, officials said here today.

After several rounds of questioning by various security agencies, it was found that 38-year-old Muhammad Ahmad Sheikh Muhammad Rafiq was mentally unstable and his statements were incoherent and without any substance, the officials said.

Rafiq, a Pakistani passport holder, had approached a help desk at the Indira Gandhi International Airport here on April 28 and claimed that he was an ISI agent and did not wish to continue any further and wanted to stay in India.

He had flown in from Dubai and was scheduled to take a connecting flight to Kathmandu the same day, they said.

The security agencies, after questioning Rafiq for several hours, finally called in some doctors from mental hospitals who found that Rafiq could be suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder and required medical attention, they said.

It was decided that he should be deported. He was yesterday sent by Air India's early morning flight to Kathmandu, the officials said.

As a pakistani your takeway should be that your country might even disown you, if they feel you are a PR risk to the establishment. i don't see any english news articles from pakistan trying to find the truth about the guy and supporting him. all articles i am seeing only quote indian media.

India on the other hand owned up to it's citizen , and indian media and Govt came out in full support in the kulbhushan episode.

You let him go to Nepal, it means he's not a spy and that's the end of the story.
I enjoyed the comments and the usual bravado, too bad it was so short lived.

Rumours are that that this was Raheel Sharif under a different passport, so beaten into submission and humiliated by Saudis that he has lost his mind. Apparently he kept chanting "Jinnah Jinnah", finding comfort in the name of his illegitimate biological father.

This is India, that's why the officials gave the info to media that , the man himself turned over to the authority and when later it was found that he is suffering from mental disorder he was released .
If it was Pakistan, they would claim they themselves captured an enemy spy and no matter if the man is ill or not, would be played as a pawn against India.
India gave another reason to be proud upon

moral of the story
Pakis, who happen to be mentally ill (which include all pakis, apparently), should stick to their own country and save the trouble for others.

most of the pakistani who come to india to get indian citizenship also have to undergo polio testing so that polio virus does not come

chances are along with retards, zihadi they can bring there crippleness

Pakistan is one of only three countries where the crippling polio virus is endemic.—File photo
KARACHI: The World Health Organisation on Monday recommended strict travel restrictions on Pakistan due to the rising number of polio cases in the country.

The WHO said the spread of polio is an international public health emergency that threatens to infect other countries with the crippling disease.

The public health arm of the United Nations, issued its new guidelines to fight the disease, recommending Pakistanis traveling abroad should present a polio vaccination certificate.

The WHO also recommended similar restrictions on Syria and Cameroon — two other countries where the disease was previously said to have been eradicated but have recently been known to have been exporting the potentially disease.
Pakistan is one of only three countries where the crippling virus is endemic. The other two countries are Nigeria and Afghanistan.

In an announcement today, the agency described the ongoing polio outbreaks in Asia, Africa and the Middle East as an ''extraordinary'' situation requiring a coordinated international response.

States currently exporting wild polio virus

In a statement, the WHO said Pakistan, Cameroon, and the Syrian Arab Republic pose the greatest risk of further wild poliovirus exportations in 2014. The WHO recommended:

“These States should:

    • officially declare, if not already done, at the level of head of state or government, that the interruption of poliovirus transmission is a national public health emergency;
    • ensure that all residents and long-term visitors (i.e. > 4 weeks) receive a dose of OPV or inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV) between 4 weeks and 12 months prior to international travel;
    • ensure that those undertaking urgent travel (i.e. within 4 weeks), who have not received a dose of OPV or IPV in the previous 4 weeks to 12 months, receive a dose of polio vaccine at least by the time of departure as this will still provide benefit, particularly for frequent travelers;
    • ensure that such travelers are provided with an International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis in the form specified in Annex 6 of the International Health Regulations (2005) to record their polio vaccination and serve as proof of vaccination;
    • maintain these measures until the following criteria have been met: (i) at least 6 months have passed without new exportations and (ii) there is documentation of full application of high quality eradication activities in all infected and high risk areas; in the absence of such documentation these measures should be maintained until at least 12 months have passed without new exportations.”
“Once a State has met the criteria to be assessed as no longer exporting wild poliovirus, it should continue to be considered as an infected State until such time as it has met the criteria to be removed from that category,” added the WHO statement.
