May be they are just rerunning the so old called succesful test news with a different date.

If India tests and Pakistand doesnt test then it creates a feeling of inescurity in the minds of common Paki.
With Paki army suffering humiliation time and again at border, Pak getting remarks in Pentagon report despite being a nice bitch to USA,,democracy almost in coup by democracy itself, it takes some posturing to pacify common Paki.

Yes, this one it seems will be off the southern coast of Karachi, near where their naval academy is located. Possibly to show Karachi's "air defence preparedness". I remember during the 2001-2002 situation after the Parliament attack, they similarly deployed anti aircraft guns around and published a lot of photos in the media, claiming to show how prepared they are.

thanks guys, when i was following the Pakistani NOTAM about their test, i saw this image and posted on that thread, that time this did caught my eye............... (Indian alert for NOTAM)

now it turn out this was for A2, best part we have off limit the entire area, not the likes of Pakistanis who have just alert the selected area, where they think that stages will drop.

Congrats to all SFC, DRDO, BEL and BDL guys.

anyway they just tested 1500 missile which was only a training launch.

Pakistanis were falling over one another, first it was SLV, then 5000 km missile, then 2500 km then finally when it comes it was old 1500 missile with nothing new in it...........
