Brother In jharkhand they donot have this kind of marriage. Their is no mandap and y too simple . I feel it may be some Marwari or Gujrati couple. In Jharkhand its marriage either in Bihari, begali or Tribal style .
Yup these people seem to me like they Gujjus or Marwaris. I have never seen guys applying mehndi on their hands. Really weird, more like sissy.

That is possibly the North Indian style of wedding, though I can't place it where it is from.

Here, it is the Bengali style, but then even in this there are variation between the East Bengalis (originally from what is today Bangladesh) and that of the people from West Bengal.
