The King's Colours now reside at the Defence Academy?

    Koovie,

    Thanks for that historic footage.

Never saw it before, nor did I know that such a parade was held.

    We have two defence academies.

The National Defence Academy, Kharakvasla, where cadets of all three services are trained.

The Indian Military Academy, Dehr Dun where the Army cadets are trained, to include the Army Cadets when they pass out of the NDA.

From what I heard on the documentary, I think the commentator said it is in the National Defence Academy.

I graduated from the National Defence Academy, but I have not seen the Kings Colours.

Maybe it is kept in the Quarter Guard.
