Well what Antony did in past five years you are going to see the result now, what the current DM is doing you will only see the result after 5 to 8 years.

DM profile in India has been surrounded by controversy for all the wrong reason, so one has to be really careful while dealing with things and normally in defence, agreements do take more time then compared to civilian side.

There are only 2 options the F-21 and the German Seahake which was rejected earlier. Regarding F-21 news report claim that the French are willing to provide it only for French submarines. This is something which the MOD may not accept. Seahake was found unsuitable earlier and rejected by the Navy. Selecting it now may set a bad precedent and may lead to legal challenges. Wonder what Parrikar would do next ?
