Kiev Expects $12 Bln Bailout From Russia Early Next Year – Premier

KIEV, December 25 (RIA Novosti) – Kiev expects to receive $12 billion from Russia early next year in the main tranche of a $15 billion loan from Moscow, the Ukrainian premier said on Wednesday.

"We expect the next $12 billion early next year," Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov told the government.

Moscow bought $3 billion worth of Ukraine's Eurobonds on Tuesday.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said last week his country would buy $15 billion of Ukraine's debt in Eurobonds and slash gas prices by about a third, following talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yanukovych.

This is more about injecting money in certain countries who doesn't have any stand in International monetary system and are like dependable states as they doesn't have resources . African,Asian, Latin American countries are having more resources but they are not having any backing as the European nations gets from Americans, Russians and EU and are having more better lifes compare to other nations .\

no wonder to see that there are billions of people below poverty line in Asia, Latin America, Africa, Middle east and India .

Beg to differ Ukraine is considered as the bread basket of Europe..

Ukraine was hit by economic crisis very hardly and was going more towards chaos and that was going on by 2000 and by 2008-2009 things were completely worst .

The country is geographically well positioned hence well courted by western powers in their game to encircle Russia.

Note that this country is equally important for Russia given its historical ties, naval base of Sevastopol etc[

These are racial related international issues in which both the America and Russia are playing since decades and its linked to Population transfers . Americans and Russians will never fight each other anywhere but will make second and third world countries to fight for them and destroy each other .
