It is easy to dismiss this as a conspiracy theory. But Pakistanis being Pakistanis, this does make a lot of sense. 2014 US troops withdrawal is a major watershed moment for the region, ISI/ Pakistani Army must have some concrete plans for future. This article connects a lot of dots.
    e.g

The way that prison brake happened and police did nothinng was weird.
It was very strange that at least 3 different groups claimed credit for Wagha blast. And indeed evidence was found that at least one bomber abandoned plan leaving behind the suicide west.

Alternatively it can be argued that this is a propaganda against Pakistan which at the same time is covert attempt to discredit left leaning political establishment in West Bengal.

Read the true account of the activities of ISI and its role in spreading terrorism across Asia.

"Inside ISI: The Story and Involvement of the ISI in Afghan Jihad, Taliban, Al-Qaeda, 9/11, Osama Bin Laden, 26/11 and the Future of Al-Qaeda" by S K Datta, EX Cbi Chief. The book is available at Amazon India and Flipkart in Print and eBook format. A must read for everyone.
